It so happens that Walter, the raccoon, wanted to go see the economic engine that is Wall Street and, of course, he brought along his best friend Rusty, the bear, to keep him company. They had a pretty good time exploring downtown Manhattan and then the came up to the famous statue of the Bull on Wall Street. Neither of them could resist the humorous symbolism of having the bull brought down by a bear, especially in these economic times. So Rusty got on top of the statue and put himself at an angle that makes it look like he is bringing the swaying bull down so that Walter could take a picture of this. However, the people in the area aren't to pleased with this and Walter notices the cop coming to put an end to this joke, but Rusty is having too much fun to notice what's going on!
This is the 2nd of 3 drawings where Walter, Rusty, Lester, and Ringo are visiting the Big Apple! Coming up, what Lester and Ringo are doing at this time! ;3
